Lanka Loaf is a Sri Lankan bakery with five branches in Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Negombo and Nuwara Eliya. Since 2014 we have baked the everyday favourites Sri Lankan families love: fresh bread, fish buns and short eats, celebration cakes and tea-time sweets.
Every branch follows the same recipes, the same hygiene standards and the same rule: what is baked in the morning is what reaches the shelf that day.
Our Story
Lanka Loaf began in 2014 with a simple promise: bread and buns baked the same day they are sold. That habit has not changed. What comes out of our ovens each morning is what reaches our shelves.
Today we serve customers in five places across the island, from the cool hill town of Nuwara Eliya to historic Galle Fort, so a good loaf is never far from home.
